Beware if you are flying Delta. The flight attendants are BIOTCH'S!!!! I had two connections from LV to SYR and both flights I ran into a miserable witch. If you hate your job so much, QUIT!!!!!

OK, FIRST, EARLIER TODAY THEY CHARGED ME TO CHECK MY BAGGAGE AND NOW I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN JFK AIRPORT FOR 48967395623 HOURS....THEY ARE ASSHOLES WHO DIDNT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT HELPING ME. WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT I MISSED MY FLIGHT!!!!! ASSHOLES!!! I WILL NEVER FLIGHT DELTA EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a vent but actually a congrats for C.A. for one of the best flights I ever had. I am a frequent flyer but out of all the airlines, C.A. really shocked me. Great Customer Service, a FREE meal (cheeseburger, actually decent) a great movie and lots of room on the plane. The other airlines need lessons.

Why do airlines asume that everybody that fly's is a experience traveler, if it wasn't for my wife I would have been lost.
I very rarely fly and my wife and I flew from LA to NY and I got very frustrated because the airline personnel seem to thing that everybody knows what to do and where to go, well some of us don't. Lucky for me we had a great time on our vacation.
