If you are fighting for custody or fighting for visitation and are frustrated, don't give up. You will be giving up on your children. It can be extremely aggravating at time, especially if your dealing with a complete psycho for an EX. There are many many ways to get what you want and doing your home work is key. The main thing is DON'T GIVE UP!!!! DON'T LET HER OR THE SYSTEM WIN!

My baby's dad is really pissing me off. I have tried to be civil and work the visitation out as fairly as possible. I agreed for us to trade of weekly with her on one stipulation if he had to work or otherwise couldn't take care of her he would bring her to me so I could. And instead of child support because we have shared time the only money that I wanted was for the cost of the things she uses at my house when she should be with him. I said $20 a day and that is less than what a regular daycare would be for her. He agreed to it and now he is changing his mind. Ughh! I am about to the point of just fighting for full custody and seeking regular child support!!
