What drives me freaking batty are the companies who offer services for your home but you can only use their services because the city has provided contracts to those companies.
What is even more frustrating is the sucky service that they provide. Customer service sucks, product sucks and then they have the audacity to tell you if you happen to be a day late or a dollar short that they are going to turn off your service.
Try changing service...you can't! They are the only service provider in your area.
I feel like if I make the money, everyday I go to work, work hard too...shouldn't I be able to decide who I chose to give my money to?
It is pissing me off something major! I guess I will be at the next city council meeting!
